After your order has been placed, simply log into your account by clicking on "My Account", then "Order History" and lastly, "View Order". From here, you will be able to view the status of your order. Upon order placement, you will receive a confirmation of your order, confirmation of payment and a notification that your order has been shipped. When your order has shipped, your tracking information will be available on your order page. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

All orders placed within the United States are delivered via UPS Ground or through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders placed through our system and paid with a credit card will have their orders shipped to their billing address, no exceptions (we do not ship to P.O. boxes). Our secure checkout system will not process your order if your credit card's billing and your requested shipping address do not match. Bank transfers are also available as a payment option for US clients. With a bank transfer, you order can be shipped to any address of your choice. Please visit our payment page for more information.

All orders placed outside of the United States are delivered via USPS International Express Mail Service (EMS). This is the most economical trackable shipping method available for international orders which also provides quick delivery. Your international shipping fee includes full insurance. If you are outside of the US, please contact us and and let us know which product(s) you would like to purchase to receive an accurate shipping quote.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please to not ask us to declare your item of a lower value. We are required to submit the correct purchase amount on all customs forms. Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading export information through the Shippers Export Declaration (SED) (or any successor document) shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both (Source: U.S. Code: Title 13 : Section 305).
International orders may still have their order shipped to their US-based freight forwarding company upon request. In this instance, we will ship via our preferred shipping carrier: UPS.

The estimated times are provided by the respective shipping carrier, and may vary depending upon your exact location. We are not responsible for delays due to peak delivery times (i.e. holidays), weather conditions, customs or any other delays in shipment.
Non-delivery of US orders: In the event an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (i.e. not being home to sign for the package or does not pick the package up after an attempted delivery form is given), the buyer will be responsible for a $75 shipping fee to re-send the package or will be refunded their purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee at their request if the order is returned by the shipping carrier and received within 30 days. If the package is refused, not picked up or returned to us within 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. These fees only apply to non-delivery of orders only.
Non-delivery of international orders: In the event an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (i.e. not being home to sign for the package or does not pick the package up after an attempted delivery form is given), and is returned to us by the shipping carrier, the buyer will be responsible for a $125 shipping fee to re-send the package or will be refunded their purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee at their request if the package is received back to us within 30 days.
