If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase—for any reason—simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 48 hours of receipt of item.*  Once you have received the return RMA# you may return the unused and unaltered item(s) with the unaltered security tag, all paperwork and original box, dustbag, authenticity card and care booklets (if applicable) to us.  Returned items must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your issued RMA#, for a refund on your purchase price minus shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price...it's that simple! (The restocking fee covers the cost to process the return and the transaction fees associated with accepting and refunding payments.  We do not profit from our restocking fees.)


 
              
You won't need this one, but we feel it is necessary assurance to all customers who purchase an item on our website.  Should any situation pertaining to the authenticity of the item you have received (i.e. item is not authentic), we will happily refund your total purchase price, including shipping and handling within 90 days of your receipt of purchase.  Should any situation pertaining to an item's authenticity issue arise, please provide a sworn affidavit from a reputable third-party source who specializes in authenticating name brand merchandise testing to the authenticity of the item in question.  We recommend using: 
MyPoupette.  To prevent the occurence of fraudulent claims, the security tag must not be altered or removed when returned.  Any alteration or removal of our security device(s) voids any expressed warranties or guarantees.  Please contact us with any inquiries.

*All sales are final on all accessories, swimwear, fine jewelry and/or layaway items.  For hygenic reasons, we can no longer accept returns for any hair accessories, pins, scarves, or swimwear.  Return(s) without a valid RMA# will not be accepted, nor will any altered, used or return missing original documentation or items included with the purchase.  If a RMA# is not requested within 48 hours or not postmarked within 5 business days of the issued RMA#, the return will no longer be valid.  The purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping & handling costs for sending the order back to us, no exceptions.  The security tag must be fully intact and unaltered and any tampering of the security tag will automatically void your return.   
 
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for the processing of your refund. All returns are processed in the same manner in which payment was received (i.e. if you paid with a Visa credit card, your refund will be processed back onto that same card).  In the event an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (i.e. not being home to sign for the package or does not pick the package up after an attempted delivery form is given), the buyer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee to re-send the package or will be refunded their purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee at their request.  By completing your purchase, you accept all terms and conditions set forth in our return policy.
